Toolbar - Explore the User Interface

This section describes the Psychometric Console's user interface. It lists the common features and widgets found across its modules.

Click the icons in the toolbar at the top of the screen to explore the various options available: 
  
 
Hamburger Menu expands and collapses the left navigation menu.

Global Search Bar - Allows you to search quickly and access items, test forms, and other resources across the entire Psychometric  Console from a single location.

Add Search Condition - Allows you to apply specific filters to refine and customize search results within the Skrive Console.

Show Search History - Displays a list of your recent searches.

Dropdown - Expand to select the role selection options.

Zen Mode - adjusts to full screen view. Press the Escape (ESC) button on the keyboard to exit Zen Mode.

Collapse hides the URL address bar and defaults to full screen mode.

Accessibility enables custom accessibility options to assist in the use and navigation of the console.

Settings provides access to additional functionalities for the console and management of user profiles. For more information, click Settings.

Dark Mode switches the screen from a white background to a black background.

Notifications to view alerts, reminders, and updates.

Flag to change the language on the console.

Manage Profile to manage your account and profile settings.

To navigate through the console, click the widgets on the left side menu to perform different tasks.

  1. Dashboard is the home screen of the console to view saved reports and review at-a-glance information.
  2. PIA where you can review, create, and submit PIA and reports.
  3. Program Summary section allows customized visual presentations of programs, pin reports to dashboard, and add to Liveboard.
  4. Roles console functionalities include creating new roles, managing role status and details, and bookmarking role information.
  5. Users console provides management of all users in the Psychometric Console.
  6. Cases and Holds section of the Psychometric Console allows users to review, manage, and take necessary actions on flagged cases or held assessments.
  7. Results to review candidate exam results and performance overview.
  8. ExamIQ is a data exploration and visualization platform used for creating interactive dashboards and performing advanced analytics on large datasets.
